JVC HXD77J Mini System. So, y’know, there’s nothing intrinsically wrong with designing a home stereo system around an Apache attack helicopter motif, but we just wish they’d cut the coy and stick the proper USAF decals on the twin gun turrets to make us all feel safer. After all we live in troubled times, don’t we Marsha? $261.99.
This system includes a five-disc changer which can play your favorite DVD movies, along with your CD collection. It can even play home-burned CDs containing MP3, WMA (Windows Media Audio), and JPEG files. You can connect a portable MP3 player or other device to the front auxiliary input, while a USB port allows you to listen to music from your Mac or PC. You also get plenty of options for customizing your sound.
That is the ugliest thing I’ve ever seen. I’d pay $261 not to own it.
Ugly, ugly, ugly! In fact ugly’s uglier brother.
Still Ugly
Hey man, don’t point that thing at me, it might go off. Even more off.
So guys, I take it you don’t…ah…like it? :-)
Can you imagine the marketing meeting?
“Errrr I think we’ve got to focus on functions…”
You couldn’t give this thing away in Kazakhstan on a dark Saturday night.
Well Nigel, let’s just say that it has polarising styling. If you’re 13 and male, then it’s probably fantastic.
lol it looks like a Mechwarrior.. :D
I have this stereo and it really is awesome, great sound! I do have one issue, I lost the remote control and due to the fact that my daughter slammed the volume button a while back, I cannot control the volume without the remote. Any idea where one could find a replacement remote?
And…yes it is ugly but, sounds great I hide it in an old cabinet someone gave me and just open the doors when I use it.
